Support offensive security activities focused on identifying weaknesses from a realistic adversary perspective, with an emphasis on infrastructure, network, and cloud attack surfaces. My work includes conducting controlled penetration testing and adversary simulations across on-premise (bare-metal) environments, enterprise VPN implementations, Cisco-based network infrastructure, and cloud platforms.During these engagements, I assess exposure and misconfiguration risks across identity, network segmentation, access pathways, and cloud control-plane components (including AWS), aligning testing activities with defined scope, authorization, and safety constraints. The objective is not only to demonstrate technical exploitability, but to validate defensive controls, detection coverage, and response readiness in realistic scenarios.

Cloud Infrastructure & Migration

  • Led a GCP-to-AWS migration using Terraform and GitHub Actions, including the transfer of data from GCS to S3. The migration was designed for zero data loss and zero downtime and validated across SIT, UAT, and rollback scenarios.
  • Designed high-availability GCP landing zones and end-to-end application architectures on GKE, with automated pod and node autoscaling, secure connectivity for third-party partners, and blue-green deployments for zero-downtime rollouts.

CI/CD, DevSecOps & Security Engineering

  • Led the migration from self-hosted GitLab to GitHub Enterprise with no code loss. Designed GitHub Actions pipelines for high-availability deployments to GCP and AWS, with Tech Lead approval gates and Atlantis-based infrastructure workflows.
  • Architected secure AWS access through bastion-host tunneling, integrating EventBridge, CloudWatch, and SNS for security auditing and notifications, alongside WAF policies and network firewall controls.
  • Recovered servers after security incidents and hardened them against backdoor threats using WAF policies, private tunneling, and WireGuard-based private access on GCP, with Cloudflare Security Analytics for threat visibility.

Kubernetes, Reliability & Infrastructure Optimization

  • Implemented AWS EKS clusters for staging and production, using Karpenter to allocate Spot compute capacity dynamically.
  • Optimized AWS staging and sandbox environments for operational budgets using EC2 Spot capacity, and configured Elastic IPs to match each environment's requirements.
  • Led GCP cost-optimization initiatives with reported cost reductions of 20–50% per feature. Maintained self-hosted GitLab CE runners on GKE and provisioned secure Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments hosting Milvus vector databases for AI workloads.

Observability & Performance Engineering

  • Deployed CloudWatch Alarms and SNS notifications aligned with predefined SLOs across infrastructure services to improve incident detection and operational resilience.
